Shane Stanis
Shane has spent over 20 years as a dog training and behavior professional, including work in shelters, where he helped build a "timid dog program" for shut down dogs, and with rescue groups where he's helped shy dogs in while in foster homes. Teaching seminars, group dog training classes & individual consultations has allowed him to enjoy teaching pet owners, animal shelter volunteers and professional dog trainers.
As a behavior consultant, Shane supports families experiencing a range of challenges, from potty training to aggression. With a semi-feral dog of his own, Shane has a special place in his heart for our most timid canine companions. In 2021 he took his passion a step further by launching Confidence Builders Academy, an online program to help dogs across the country overcome their fears.
